Pope Center for Higher Education Policy will be the speaker at an event on July 31 st in Hickory\, NC. A luncheon will be held at the Crowne Plaza\, 1385 Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd. SE\, Hickory\, NC 28602. Registration opens at 11:30 and lunch will begin at noon.
