Jacqueline Pfeffer Merrill

Jacqueline Pfeffer Merrill is director of the BPC Campus Free Expression Project. Prior to joining BPC, Merrill was the executive director of the Fund for Academic Renewal, a program of the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA). She assisted donors to college and universities with identifying collegiate programs that matched their philanthropic interests and structuring gift agreements to protect donor intent. She also convened national conferences for college and university faculty on effective undergraduate programming to foster intellectual diversity and study of the liberal arts. Before leading ACTA’s Fund for Academic Renewal, Merrill served as ACTA’s vice president of development.
