Does College Pay Off? A Discussion with Preston Cooper
June 5, 6:00 pm–8:00 pm
Free
Preston Cooper is well-known for his efforts to make postsecondary education affordable and valuable for every American. As a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, he researches college return on investment (ROI), the economics of higher education, and student loan reform.
In 2024, while at The Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity, he authored a landmark report that calculates ROI for 53,000 higher education programs across America, making it easy for prospective students to gauge how much a particular degree or certificate program can impact their lifetime earnings potential.
On June 5, join Martin Center president Jenna A. Robinson and Preston Cooper for a conversation about college ROI. After a short discussion, audience members will have the opportunity to ask their questions. We’re excited to be co-hosting this event with America’s Future!
This event is free, but registration is required.
Heavy hors de’oeurves will be served, and each attendee may enjoy one complimentary drink from the bar.
