By advocating for a crucial shift in mindset regarding the pathways and credentials that equip students for success, deLaski emphasizes the need for a reimagined educational landscape.
Her research is grounded in a decade of design-thinking methodologies from the nonprofit Education Design Lab, enriched by insights gathered from 150 interviews with a diverse array of educational experts, counselors, teachers, employers, and learners. eLaski applies human-centered design to higher education reform, engaging the perspective of end users to search for better solutions.
