Cooper Conway

Cooper Conway is a State Policy Director at EdChoice. Previously, Cooper was a Senior Policy Analyst in the Office of Governor Glenn Youngkin, a Policy Advisor for 50CAN, and a contributor at Young Voices. His writings have appeared in local, state, and national publications, including National Review, the Washington Examiner, and the Detroit News.

A native of Vancouver, Washington, Cooper earned an M.P.P. from Pepperdine University, where he specialized in economics and state and local policy (2024). He also earned a B.S. in political science from Boise State University (2022). Cooper resides in the Pacific Northwest, where he enjoys hiking the Columbia Gorge.
