Terence Kealey

Terence Kealey trained in medicine and biochemistry at the Universities of London and Oxford. He taught clinical biochemistry at the University of Cambridge between 1988 and 2000. Between 2000 and 2014, he was vice-chancellor (president) of the University of Buckingham, the most independent of the UK's universities. Since 2014 he has been a scholar (now adjunct) at the Cato Institute. He is the author of The Economic Laws of Scientific Research and other books.
